Return Policy

Nakira Skin® values your business and accepts returns up to 7 days from your date of receipt.
Returns
  • The item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and the same condition as when received.
  • Must include proof of purchase.
How to Return Items
  • You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance since we are not responsible for the item while in transit.
  • Items must be shipped to Nakira Skin, PO Box 201, Holly Ridge, NC 28445.
Refunds
  • We will contact you via email to let you know once we have received your item and keep you abreast of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be returned to the payment method used during your original purchase.
  • Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, which is nonrefundable.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to post to your account, depending on the form of payment.
